Exchange Eligibility

You may request an exchange within 1 days of receiving your order if:

• Products purchased on sale or during promotional offers.

• Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.

• Products without original tags or packaging.

To be eligible for an exchange, the item must:

• Be unused, unwashed, and unworn.
• Have all original tags attached.
• Be returned in its original packaging.
• Be accompanied by the order number or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Products purchased on sale or during promotional offers.
• Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
• Products without original tags or packaging.

Refund Policy

We currently do not offer refunds unless:

• The ordered item is unavailable after your return has been approved.

• We are unable to provide a replacement for a defective or incorrect product.

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method or bank transfer within 7–10 business days.

Return Shipping

• If the exchange is due to our mistake (wrong item, defective product, or damaged item), Silsalay will cover the return shipping cost.

• For size exchanges or customer preference, the customer is responsible for the return courier charges.

Color Disclaimer

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, slight color variations may occur due to differences in screen settings, lighting, and photography. Such variations are not considered defects.

• Your Full Name
• Photos of the product (if damaged or incorrect)
• Reason for the exchange request
